Managers and Leaders
Managers and Leaders can be the key to unlocking excellent performance and innovation within a team. During these programmes we work to share various tools that managers can add to their toolkit. We then develop their awareness of self and others to know when to use each of the tools.
Discussing the value of taking the time to complete both formal and informal/on-going performance management, the role of feedback in this and how coaching can support these conversations. Finally bringing in managing difficult conversations as part of the performance review/feedback session.
Impact and Influence
It’s important when looking at how we impact others and how to influence individuals we reflect on areas of influence and concern, ensuring our energies are focussed appropriately. We also bring in using assertiveness as a way to influence along with the different influencing styles. Finally, building in ways of managing conflict and how to clearly present your thoughts.
Businesses are becoming far more aware of time management and return on investment of colleagues. Using tools such as Covey’s Time Management Matrix, Delegating and Coaching to Solutions we work with individuals to become far more effective with their time and manage their stress levels.
Train the Trainer/Facilitator
Using our experience of facilitating workshops, meetings and events, along with previously developing our own team of trainers/facilitators we bring lots of learning within a practical environment. Looking at when to facilitate, present and coach. Exploring group dynamics and running various group exercises to engage the learner.
During this workshop we explore the importance of development planning both reflecting on areas for development whilst leveraging strengths. Then we reflect on how people best learn and analysing potential development opportunities and discuss the role of feedback and coaching within personal development.
